Developing and maintaining a website can be a daunting task, especially with the Internet evolving all the time. That's what makes it also great! At Promptus Consulting, we strive in having people who understand different aspects of a project life cycle and its relation with the live environment of the Internet. Technical Communication
Documentation helps projects run smoothly. We work with both technical and management teams with the documentation they need and that their users expect.
At Promptus Consulting, we create programmer's guides, technical references and reports, instructions documentation, policy and procedure manuals, proposal, users' manuals and guides, as well as grant writing and training courses and materials. We produce your online help and web content. We also create custom reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis for your management team and clients depending on their needs. Our report management system allows us to use your data to create weekly management reports, executive summaries and presentations for you.
Healthcare
In healthcare, more than anywhere, communication is vital. Yet do you remember what the doctor has told you while you were on your hospital bed, hurt and tired? Good communication starts with a good document. We work with your entire healthcare team to create a clear, concise, to the point, easy to understand document that you, your staff and your patients will use. Our patients' guides help clients and their family start on the road to recovery quickly and safely. Guides are a good starting point for further questions to the patient's care team, keeping the channels of communication open.
At Promptus Consulting, we create your staff's training courses and materials with what they need. We know they don't have extra time but they still need to be up-to-date with new techniques, products, policies, procedures and internal rules. We also produce instructions documentation, policy and procedure manuals and grant writing. We work on your web content and online help with you, either creating them or updating existing documents.

Hi, I'm Veronique. I am the founder of Promptus Consulting. I've worked in the software industry for 13 years as an Analyst-Programmer and in the healthcare administration field for 7 years as a Compliance and IT Specialist.
I understand that technical people and healthcare professionals are good at what they are doing, but they would rather be doing what they are good at. I'm here to help! I am able to understand the technical aspects of your projects. I am able to talk to your technical and professional staff to get the information that will help document all tasks accurately and efficiently. I am able to understand what the users are looking for when they need information.
I am very organized. I use my practical skills to create or revamp your documentation to meet your needs. My natural curiosity feeds my eagerness to learn. Experience allows me to see the big picture while I have a natural ability to pay attention to details.
I am also a Colorado Notary Public since 2011.
